We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Multi-Hotel Director of Sales to lead the sales strategy for both Pullman Cairns International and Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort on a fixed-term, maternity leave contract. This pivotal role focuses on driving growth across conferencing, events, and leisure segments - maximising market share and revenue performance across two of Cairns’ most prominent hotels.
As the Multi-Hotel Director of Sales, you will take ownership of commercial outcomes, leveraging your strategic mindset, industry connections, and proven leadership skills to elevate both properties’ market presence. Leading the Sales team, you will identify and convert new business opportunities, nurture key client relationships and deliver innovative sales initiatives that position our hotels as the premier choice for events, corporate travel, and leisure escapes in Tropical North Queensland.
