Airbus Helicopters is seeking an Infrastructure & Automation Engineer to lead automation across Private, Public (AWS, GCP) and Sovereign Cloud environments. You will drive modernization of hosting infrastructures, implement IaC and GitOps, and ensure secure, resilient operations in a complex, multi-cloud landscape.

You will collaborate with the Cloud & DevOps team, design and evolve automation platforms, and contribute to the resilience strategy, including recovery workflows and IRE automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure engineering with a service mindset.
• Proficiency with virtualization (Nutanix, VMware) and OpenStack/OpenShift Virt.
• Strong automation and IaC/GitOps practices.

Responsabilités

• Automate cloud and on-prem infrastructure, reduce toil through automation.
• Define deployment standards and automated patterns using IaC and GitOps.
• Support sovereign cloud integration and secure automation across environments.
• Lead security patching, CMDB data quality, and asset lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and scalability.
