Karavela, a neuroscience research company in Paris, seeks a Research Scientist/Engineer to own MRI data processing and QC workflows. You will build and maintain processing pipelines, monitor acquisitions across imaging centres, and troubleshoot data-quality issues to ensure ready-for-use datasets for downstream research.

You will collaborate with MRI physicists, CRAs, and the model development team to adapt pipelines for new sequences and protocols, ensuring robust deployment at acquisition

Qualifications

• Experience with MRI data processing workflows and QC steps.
• Strong programming skills in Python and scientific computation.
• Ability to design and maintain data-processing pipelines for large datasets.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Own processing and QA/QC of MRI data from acquisitions to clean datasets.
• Develop and maintain MRI processing pipelines and QA/QC tools.
• Coordinate with MRI physicists, CRAs, and model development team to deploy processing across sites.
