Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in motorsport composites.
• Capable of joining pit-stop crew as gunner or wheeler.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; strong team player.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Carry out trackside composite repairs and adjustments on carbon fibre components.
• Perform visual inspections and quality control on all composite parts.
• Apply repair procedures per internal standards and LMDh regulation.
• Collaborate with design, production, and performance teams to optimize parts.
• Support build-up and rebuild of race cars before and after events.
• Manage trackside tools, materials and consumables for composites.
• Contribute to technical documentation, reporting and process improvement.
• Be part of the pit-stop crew during race weekends.
• Monitor workshop materials with Crew Chief and Operations Manager.
