JobCubby in France is seeking an experienced Product Manager (Feature Owner) for mobile products. You will own features end-to-end, from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration, collaborating with engineering, design, QA, analytics, and other PMs in a highly autonomous environment.

You will balance business objectives with mobile technology constraints, define MVPs, and document requirements for delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mobile product management experience with ownership through launch and iterations.
• Ability to work independently on ambiguous problems without fully defined requirements.
• Strong product judgment with pragmatic trade-offs between value, scope, and speed.
• Solid understanding of mobile development and backend interactions.
• Analytical mindset with experience using product metrics to guide decisions.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong product documentation and ownership mindset.
• Fluency in Russian and English at least intermediate.

Responsabilités

• Own mobile product features end-to-end from discovery to post-launch iteration.
• Translate business objectives into clear product solutions and MVP scopes.
• Define user flows, requirements, edge cases, and success metrics for delivery teams.
• Evaluate alternatives balancing impact, effort, complexity, and time to market.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, analytics, and other PMs throughout development.
• Consider mobile client and backend constraints in solution refinements.
• Prepare structured product documentation for teams to implement.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery considerations during the lifecycle.
• Work independently on open-ended challenges with clear ownership.
