Job summary

Seoulstart invites applications for an Applied Scientist Intern in Paris or London, focused on pre-training, post-training, and deployment of leading ML models. You will generate data, run evaluations, and help construct tooling for data generation, training, evaluation, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and ability to explain complex technical ideas to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Expert skill with PyTorch or JAX for ML research and engineering.
• Ability to contribute independently to large codebases with ownership and minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-training, post-training, and deploy state-of-the-art models on large GPU clusters.
• Generate and curate training data, run evaluations, and validate model performance targets.
• Build tools and frameworks for data generation, training, evaluation, and deployment.
