Job summary

We design high‑performance digital subsystems for mixed‑signal ICs, from RTL to tape‑out, enabling precise control and fast data movement.

We are looking for an experienced digital RTL designer to own the digital flow, verify subsystems, integrate external IP, and collaborate with analog, layout and system teams to ensure robust

Qualifications

• Strong experience in digital RTL design for mixed-signal systems.
• Experience with analog IC development environments (Virtuoso or equivalent).
• Understanding of timing closure, noise coupling, clock domain crossing, and analog-aware floorplanning.
• Proven ability to drive digital blocks from design through tape-out, esp. in analog/RF IC contexts.
• Experience integrating external IPs (GPIO, LVDS, SPI/I2C); SerDes a plus.
• Proficient with industry-standard EDA toolchains for front-end and back-end.

Responsibilities

• Design and verify digital RTL for mixed-signal systems with high-speed calibration loops.
• Integrate analog components at the digital-analog interface (DACs/ADCs, comparators).
• Integrate external IPs (GPIOs, LVDS, SPI/I2C) with timing requirements.
• Lead digital flow from RTL to synthesis, P&R, timing closure, signoff, and tape-out.
• Collaborate with analog/layout teams to optimize digital-analog boundaries.
• Develop high-speed SerDes blocks; familiarity is a plus.
