Shift Technology is seeking an experienced Mid-Level QA Engineer on a 4-month contract to ensure quality and reliability of our web applications and APIs. You will design robust test strategies and execute end-to-end testing in close collaboration with cross-functional Agile teams.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field, 3–4 years of QA experience, strong API and UI testing skills, and ISTQB Foundation Certification.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years hands-on QA experience.
• ISTQB Foundation Certification is required.
• Strong expertise testing UI web apps and backend architectures.
• Experience with API testing and multi-layer test strategies.

Responsabilités

• Strategy & Planning: build pragmatic test strategies for complex web products.
• Testing Execution: design and run UI, backend, and API tests.
• Agile Integration: participate in sprints, grooming, retrospectives to push quality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with devs, data scientists, product managers, stakeholders.
