Le candidat idéal sera responsable de la croissance des revenus en vendant des solutions eSignature à des entreprises de taille intermédiaire, gérant l'intégralité du cycle de vente tout en développant des relations à long terme avec les clients. Qualifications

  • Passionné par l'aide aux entreprises à transformer leurs workflows via la technologie.
  • 5+ ans d'expérience en ventes B2B, idéalement dans un SaaS ou une scale-up technologique.
  • Capacité à naviguer dans des cycles de vente complexes avec de multiples parties prenantes.

Position Overview

As a Mid-Market Account Executive for the French market at Yousign, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our eSignature and ID and Document verificationsolutions to mid-sized businesses. You will manage the full sales cycle –from identifying strategic opportunities to closing complex deals –while fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders across various industries.

Your Team

You will join a high-performing, collaborative team of Account Executives. At Yousign, we believe in value-based, consultative sales methods that focus on understanding customer challenges and positioning our product as a true business enabler. As a Mid-Market AE, you’ll be both a trusted advisor and a strategic partner to your prospects.

Your Missions

  • Own and grow a mid-market pipeline , leveraging inbound leads andoutbound prospecting, with the support of a BDR and SDR team;
  • Lead the entire sales cycle , from discovery to negotiation and closing, managing multiple stakeholders in complex decision-making processes;
  • Build strong collaboration with BDRs, SDRs, Marketing, and Solution Engineers to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to prospecting and customer engagement;
  • Conduct product demos and solution workshops tailored to the business needs of mid-sized companies;
  • Understand client pain points and use a consultative approach to craft compelling, value-based proposals;
  • Maintain high CRM hygiene (Salesforce) by logging activities, updating forecasts, and tracking key metrics;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to improve the sales process, customer journey, and go-to-market strategies.

About You :

  • You are a proven closer , passionate about helping companies transform their workflows through technology;
  • You have 5 + years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, ideally within a fast-growing SaaS or Tech scale-up;
  • You’ve sold to mid-sized organizations , where navigating multiple stakeholders and longer deal cycles is second nature;
  • You are strategic, data-driven , and skilled in opportunity prioritization and pipeline management;
  • You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment , and are comfortable adapting your approach based on different business contexts;
  • Your communication skills in French (native level) and English (professional level) are outstanding –both written and verbal -another language is a plus;
  • You are resilient, proactive , and have a genuine curiosity about your customers' businesses and success.
