AXA Group Operations is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the planning, support and delivery of Microsoft 365 services for AXA entities worldwide. This is a key role within the Microsoft 365 team.

Qualifications

• Senior engineer with 3–5+ years in Microsoft 365 in a hybrid provisioning environment.
• Experience with Purview and large multi-tenant deployments.
• Strong scripting with PowerShell and cloud technologies (Azure).
• Ability to document, analyse and maintain large infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the global Microsoft 365 platform including security and availability.
• Provide 3rd/4th level support and liaise with vendors and IT staff.
• Deploy, configure and optimize Purview for DLP/Endpoint DLP.
• Ensure compliance with Group Security policies and coordinate with security teams.

Main missions

This mission will bemainly workingon the Microsoft365 Purviewportalfor the deployment and optimization of the DLP and Endpoint DLP products.

Your responsibilities include:

• Maintain the global platform, such as but not limited to: Platform planned maintenance,updates,and upgrades;patching;migrations;consolidations;deployments; project support.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of security and availability.
• Maintain operational, configuration, or Standard Operation Proceduresand documentation.
• Manage Knowledge Transfer of operations to L2 teamsto shift left activities.
• Provideexpertiseand guidanceonMicrosoft365.
• Provide 3rd/4th level support.
• Liaise with vendors and other ITpersonnelfor problem resolution.
• Assesssecurity threats and implement countermeasures tocomply withthegrouprecommendations and legal obligations.
• Work in conjunction with relevant infrastructure,security,and compliance teams toasset security threats, implement countermeasures,configure and report on security aspects of the Microsoft 365 environmentand of theon-premiseplatform.Ensure compliance with Group Security policies.
• Provideexpertiseon the hybrid provisioning platform.
• Collaborate withMicrosoft,Architecture,Infrastructure,Cyber Defense,Group Security teams.
• Collaborate withall AXA entities.

Expected skills & experience

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

Technical skills

• Minimum of 3-5 or more years ofsenior experiencewithMicrosoft 365inaHybrid provisioning and authentication environment.
• Minimum of 3-5 or more years of senior experiencewithMicrosoft 365Purview.
• Minimum of 3-5or more yearsinPowerShell Scripting.
• Experience inworking with Microsoft365 tenantswithminimumof 50k usersin a single tenant.
• Experience in international environments and heterogeneous environments.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience inanalysing, documenting, andmaintaininga large-scaleinfrastructure.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure and Federated authentication.
• Works independently with little or no supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent technical teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• English– Daily business levelproficiency(spoken/written).

Soft skills / transversal skills

• Willing to work instrong teamenvironment, constantly teaching and learning from other team members.
• Ability to foster working relationships with the team, IT Management and Client departments.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to the business users in the context of business requirements.
• Maintains a solid working knowledge of Information Security principles and practices.
• Ability to communicate visionon a technical scope and drive small team.
