AXA Group Operations seeks a Senior Engineer to lead the planning, support and delivery of Microsoft 365 services for AXA entities worldwide. This role focuses on Purview, DLP and the hybrid provisioning platform.

You will maintain the global platform, ensure security and availability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Architecture, Infrastructure and Cyber Defense to implement Microsoft 365 solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in senior Microsoft 365 in a hybrid provisioning and authentication environment.
• 3–5+ years in Microsoft 365 Purview.
• 3–5+ years in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tenants with more than 50k users in a single tenant.
• Experience in international environments and heterogeneous environments.
• 2+ years analyzing, documenting, and maintaining large-scale infrastructure.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure and Federated authentication.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team with English daily business level.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the global platform, including planned maintenance, updates, upgrades, migrations, consolidations, deployments and project support.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of security and availability.
• Maintain operating procedures and documentation.
• Manage Knowledge Transfer of operations to L2 teams to shift left activities.
• Provide expertise and guidance on Microsoft 365.
• Provide 3rd/4th level support.
• Liaise with vendors and IT staff for problem resolution.
• Assess security threats and implement countermeasures to comply with group recommendations and legal obligations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security and compliance teams to assess security threats, implement countermeasures, configure and report on security aspects of the Microsoft 365 environment and on the on-premise platform.
• Provide expertise on the hybrid provisioning platform.
• Collaborate with Microsoft, Architecture, Infrastructure, Cyber Defense, Group Security teams and AXA entities.

Main missions

This mission will bemainly workingon the Microsoft365 Purviewportalfor the deployment and optimization of the DLP and Endpoint DLP products.

Your responsibilities include:

• Maintain the global platform, such as but not limited to: Platform planned maintenance,updates,and upgrades;patching;migrations;consolidations;deployments; project support.

Expected skills & experience

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

Technical skills

• Minimum of 3-5 or more years ofsenior experiencewithMicrosoft 365inaHybrid provisioning and authentication environment.
• Minimum of 3-5 or more years of senior experiencewithMicrosoft 365Purview.
• Minimum of 3-5or more yearsinPowerShell Scripting.
• Experience inworking with Microsoft365 tenantswithminimumof 50k usersin a single tenant.
• Experience in international environments and heterogeneous environments.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience inanalysing, documenting, andmaintaininga large-scaleinfrastructure.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure and Federated authentication.
• Works independently with little or no supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent technical teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• English– Daily business levelproficiency(spoken/written).

• Willing to work instrong teamenvironment, constantly teaching and learning from other team members.
• Ability to foster working relationships with the team, IT Management and Client departments.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to the business users in the context of business requirements.
