Job summary
Rehlko, acteur historique de l'énergie, recherche un responsable production et logistique pour accompagner les activités CDI à Cholet. Vous assurerez la mise en œuvre des moyens en production, optimiserez les flux et soutiendrez les démarches d'amélioration continue.
Le poste exige un Bac+2 et au moins 5 ans d'expérience, avec rigueur et sens du relationnel. Vous travaillerez en équipe, avec des horaires de 39h/semaine et des avantages attractifs.
Qualifications
- Formation Bac+2 en gestion de production industrielle, logistique ou amélioration continue.
- Expérience minimale d’au moins 5 ans dans ce domaine.
- Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et autonomie exigés.
- Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse; anticipation des contraintes techniques.
- Bon relationnel et travail en équipe.

- Optimiser les postes de travail, les flux et les outillages
- Analyser les processus, valider les temps de fabrication et proposer des améliorations
- Créer et mettre à jour les gammes de fabrication
