TotalEnergies OneTech in Pau, France is seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to support optimization across Exploration & Production and Refining & Chemicals. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to enhance asset performance, metering, and allocation while maintaining safety and reducing costs.

You have an engineering or master’s degree and at least 3 years in Oil & Gas or operations support, with strong analytical skills and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or Master’s degree (Master 2) required.
• Minimum 3 years in Oil & Gas or operations support.
• Experience in metering and allocation activities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English (C1).

Responsabilités

• Optimizing production and operational performance.
• Developing cross-functional relationships to identify and maximize optimization opportunities.
• Proposing solutions to improve production while ensuring safety and reducing OPEX.
• Positioning the team as the central reference for operational performance and asset knowledge.
