Aperam in France is seeking a strategic and hands-on Business Process Analyst to drive MES deployment and optimization in a metallurgical environment. The role is a succession-track path, leading to IT leadership transition by 2029, combining process engineering with IT know-how.

You will implement MES, map as-is and to-be processes, perform gap analyses, and manage stakeholders across plant, central IT, and vendors. Travel up to 40% is required, and fluency in French and English is mandatory.

Qualificações

• Industrial experience in manufacturing environments.
• 2+ years IT leadership exposure or similar role.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Knowledge of PSI Metals is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• MES Implementation: act as the functional expert during MES rollout.
• Process Mapping: analyze as-is workflows and design to-be processes.
• Gap Analysis: identify discrepancies between standard features and site needs.
• Succession & Leadership: transition IT infrastructure and service delivery to you by 2029.
• Stakeholder Management: liaise between production floor, central IT, and vendors.
