H Company is seeking an experienced infrastructure engineer to design and manage the systems supporting AI research and product engineering. You will handle training infrastructure, data pipelines, and inference workloads, while enabling robust client-facing APIs and runtimes across multi-tenant and on-prem deployments.

The role emphasizes observability, monitoring, and scalable cloud deployments using containers and IaC tools.

Qualifications

• Observability and monitoring using Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, and similar tools.
• Proficiency in a modern programming language (Python or JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience deploying distributed systems in the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes; infrastructure as code with CDK or Terraform.
• CI/CD management experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, TeamCity).

Responsibilities

• Designing and managing the infrastructure to support Research efforts in Model and Agent development incl. training infrastructure, data pipelines and inference.
• Product Engineering efforts on H Company's agent platform including client-facing APIs and agent runtimes within various deployment scenarios (multi-tenant and on-prem).
• Setup and maintain observability and monitoring strategies.

Requirements

• Observability and monitoring (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ...)
• Good knowledge of a modern programming language (ideally Python or JS/Typescript)
• ML Ops or Data Engineering (Nice to have)
• Experience architecting and deploying distributed systems on public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, ...)
• Infrastructure as code (CDK, Terraform, ...)
• CICD management experience (Github Actions, Gitlab CI, TeamCity, ...)

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in designing and managing infrastructure for research and product engineering, with a strong focus on observability, monitoring, and deployment of distributed systems in cloud environments. Proficient in modern programming languages and containerization technologies to support efficient data pipelines and agent development.
