Job summary

JALEX Medical seeks a Project Engineer to join the product development team in a fast-paced, global setting. The role emphasizes design, development, and regulatory alignment across the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings extensive CAD experience, strong communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to meet milestones with cross-functional teams. This position supports remote work on select days and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4+ years of related medical device industry experience.
• Experience with CAD design and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, EU/MDR, ISO).

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in project teams for design and development of medical devices.
• Develop and maintain Design History Files per procedures and regulations.
• Interface with clients to define design objectives and milestones.
• Coordinate prototypes and production parts with external vendors.
