Job summary

Avn France, based in Vaugneray near Lyon, is seeking a Mechanical Fitter – Assembler – Setter (M/F) to work in our workshop and at customer sites. The role involves assembling conveyor lines, setting up installations, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality and ISO procedures.

You will collaborate with the workshop team and project managers to install, troubleshoot, and service equipment at customer locations, with occasional travel as required.

Qualifications

• Vocational Baccalaureate or 2-year technical diploma in industrial mechanical manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical assembly and setup of conveyor lines.
• Monitor quality and ensure ISO procedures are followed.
• Comply with safety, quality, deadline and housekeeping instructions in workshops.
• Perform the settings required through to the setup of the installation.

For our company based in Vaugneray (west of Lyon), we are recruiting a Mechanical Fitter – Assembler – Setter (M/F).

The company designs and delivers technical solutions suited to material-handling applications, but also to pharmaceutical, hospital, food-industry environments and any environment with specific requirements, in France and internationally — in particular on the African continent.

As Mechanical Fitter – Assembler – Setter, the position holder works in close collaboration with the workshop manager, the other workshop employees (mechanical fitter, boilermaker, etc.), the project managers and the executive management.
