PIP Global Safety in Villers-Cotterêts is seeking a Mechanical Design & Support Engineer (M/F/X) on a permanent, full-time contract. You will join a team that designs and improves mechanical parts, sub-assemblies, and products for our PPE range, turning in‑service issues into robust solutions.

You will manage the new product development cycle from architecture design to launch, coordinate with sourcing, regulatory and quality teams, and apply CAD (SolidWorks) and PLM/ERP tools to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Mechatronic engineering.
• 1–3 years of design experience in an industrial environment.
• Proficient CAD, PLM and ERP documentation and workflows.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Own the new product development cycle from concept to launch, including design, BOMs, mock-ups and customer validation.
• Drive changes on existing products via EWR/ECN processes.
• Support the existing PPE range with sourcing, regulatory and quality functions.
• Anticipate future evolution of the range with cross‑functional teams.
