Qualifications

• Familiarity with EUROCODES; Machinery Directive is a plus.
• Knowledge/experience in the nuclear field and RCC-M regulations is appreciated.

About The Role

As a Mechanical Design Engineer you will be responsible for designing special-purpose machines for machining, welding, metrology, non-destructive testing, and/or handling activities. You will report to the Product Manager and be located at Marseille.

Key Responsibilities

• Participating in the definition of tooling concepts during the bidding phase
• Conducting feasibility and detailed studies

• Passion for mechanics and special-purpose machinery
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong writing skills and ability to synthesize information
• Proficiency in CAD software, preferably Inventor and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of EUROCODES; familiarity with the Machinery Directive is a plus
• Knowledge and experience in the nuclear field and RCC-M regulations are appreciated.
