Job summary

ACTED seeks an experienced MEAL coordinator to lead MEAL activities and manage the MEAL department and team in humanitarian and development programming across climate and environmental sectors. The role requires strong coordination, capacity building and policy development skills, with English proficiency and willingness to work in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• University degree in political sciences or related field; anthropology, sociology, economics, or public administration are acceptable.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in humanitarian and/or development organisations.
• Experience with participatory appraisals and project cycle management encouraged.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with diverse staff and communities.
• Ability to coordinate and manage a team; capacity building skills.
