The MEA Bakery Solutions Portfolio & Commercialization Executive will drive strategy and growth for ingredients and yeast in the MEA region, collaborating across R&D, Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain to optimize product specifications, pricing, and market positioning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, project execution or commercialization.
• Experience in FMCG/CPG or bakery industry and knowledge of bakery ingredients, yeast and baking applications preferred.
• MEA region experience and understanding of local market dynamics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the MEA Bakery Solutions portfolio strategy in line with global goals and regional trends.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in MEA bakery ingredients and yeast markets.
• Define the long-term portfolio roadmap including innovation pipelines, extensions and cost optimizations (3–5 year outlook).
• Collaborate with global R&D and Marketing to adapt innovations for MEA markets.
• Maintain the core range of Bakery Solutions for MEA and align with business goals and local needs.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver Bakery Solutions projects on time and within budget.
• Track portfolio performance (sales, margin, market share) and adjust as needed.
