Job summary

VHR Global Technical Recruitment is seeking a MCC Coordinator to join an airline operations team in Paris, reporting to the MCC Manager. You will coordinate day-to-day technical operations, monitor aircraft status and maintain fleet readiness.

Working closely with flight crews, OCC, MRO providers and technical departments, you will manage MEL decisions, incident reports and production briefs to minimise disruptions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Aeronautical Maintenance or equivalent relevant experience.
• EASA Part-66 Licence.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Professional English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• Valid driving licence and ability to obtain an airport airside pass.

Responsibilities

• Monitor aircraft operations through VHF, ACARS, telephone, and other communication channels.
• Act as the primary liaison between OCC, flight crews, and maintenance service providers.
• Record and manage maintenance intervention requests within the maintenance management system.
• Prepare operational reports, production briefings, shift handovers, and incident reports.
• Monitor MEL status and manage GO/NO-GO decisions within the ERP system.
• Coordinate outsourced line maintenance activities, including task dispatch and follow-up.
• Analyse technical delays, track root causes, and support preventive action initiatives.
• Provide operational support for Captain CRS tracking, MEL extensions, One-Off authorisations, parts documentation, OEM technical support requests, and part number creation.
