Airbus in Toulouse seeks an ERP Master Data Expert to lead SAP-centric data governance and E2E Master Data Governance across PLM and Skywise interfaces. You will define standardization protocols for Material and Vendor Master Data and drive innovative digital supply chain solutions.

The role requires a strong track record in international master data initiatives, extensive SAP expertise (MDG/MM/S/4HANA), and a hands-on approach to data governance within Operations and Procurement contexts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of international data or master data leadership experience.
• Strong SAP MDG, MM, and S/4HANA knowledge with data governance focus.
• Experience with PLM/Skywise and digital data tools a plus.

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an ERP Master Data Expert (f/m) to join our Master Data X-Systems department (OEDX) based in Toulouse, France.

You will join the international Center of Competence for Operations, Quality, Procurement & Supply Chain applications across all Airbus divisions. In this role, you will lead SAP-centric data governance, implementing innovative digital supply chain solutions and ensuring E2E data consistency to secure operational performance.

Your challenges:

• Lead project management for SAP-centric data governance, procurement quality, and digital supply chain solutions.
• Serve as primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) establishing business rules for Material and Vendor Master Data.
• Define, document, and maintain procurement data models, architecture rules, and standardization protocols.
• Implement E2E Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) ensuring seamless integration across group interfaces (PLM, Skywise).
• Promote SAP MDM best practices, driving automation and digital innovations to boost procurement efficiency.

Your boarding pass:

• Background in Information Management, Business Administration, IT Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record leading Data or Master Data initiatives in an international context (min 10 years)
• Strong technical expertise in SAP ecosystem (MM, MDG, S/4HANA) and digital data tools (PLM, Skywise).
• Practical experience within Operations, Quality, or Procurement & Supply Chain environments.
• Negotiation level in English; proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
