For this role, you would be joining Paper.io 2 team: we are leaving hypercasual era behind, and building a brand through top‑notch quality and polish, including in our creatives.

Role

• Create mobile video ads that engage millions of people
• Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark what our competitors are doing, experiment with new ideas
• Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why
• Work within a small creative squad with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities
• Contribute to transversal initiatives (e.g., testing new tools)

Profile

• Fully proficient with video editing and content creation
• Expert in After Effects – Nice to have: 3D softwares and/or Unity
• Creative and have a hacker mindset
• Understand how your creations drive marketing performance
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• At least 3+ year of experience in a similar role
• Deeply familiar with the mobile gaming market, in particular, hyper casual and casual
