A travel technology company in Paris is seeking a Marketing Manager to optimize growth for the German-speaking markets. You will drive qualified acquisition, enhance local marketing performance, and align global strategies with local insights. Join a dynamic team offering flexibility, travel perks, and a vibrant work environment in the heart of Paris. The salary range is €45K–€50K annually.
At Evaneos we connect travelers with local experts to create more authentic and responsible travel experiences. Operating in six European markets (France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain and Italy) we are scaling our impact across borders and the German‑speaking region plays a central role in this growth.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager for the German‑speaking markets to help accelerate growth in this high‑potential area. Your mission is to drive qualified acquisition, boost local marketing performance and tailor our strategies and playbook to the specific needs of German‑speaking travelers.
You’ll pilot key digital channels (SEO, SEA, CRM, social, affiliates, influencers) ensuring that global strategies are brought to life through smart and relevant localization. Working closely with our central experts you’ll turn strategy into measurable local impact.
The International team is on a mission to drive growth across markets by combining deep local insights with central expertise, ensuring that our strategies are both locally relevant and globally consistent.
Led by Sarah, our Head of International, the team gathers two Country Managers and two Marketing Managers each focusing on a specific region: Northern Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) or Southern Europe (Spain and Italy).
You’ll report directly to the Northern Europe Country Manager and work closely with the central Marketing and Brand teams daily.
A strategic & hands‑on role: From defining KPIs with the Country Manager to running campaigns and activations you’ll combine big‑picture thinking and daily impact.
Act as the local voice in global decisions: Ensure that DACH insights (customer behavior, cultural fit, local partners) influence how the company shapes its global roadmap.
A truly cross‑functional environment: Work alongside central Marketing, Product and Data experts, contributing to joint outcomes rather than isolated marketing goals.
