Our trusted partner is expanding its team in France and we are looking for a Marketing Manager.

This newly created role will play a key part in executing the company’s marketing and brand strategy in the French market. You’ll act as the crucial link between the EMEA marketing team and the unique needs of the French exhibition landscape.

Responsibilities Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager you will :

  • Run localized marketing campaigns across digital, events, and PR channels. Adapt content and messaging for the French market and track performance to drive lead generation;
  • Create and execute content and PR strategies. Produce French-language materials, build media relationships, and secure coverage through interviews, awards, and partnerships;
  • Support the sales team with localized materials, client presentations, and account-based marketing to improve the buyer journey and nurture leads;
  • Use market insights to refine positioning, monitor competitors, and provide recommendations that shape regional strategy and partnerships;
  • Manage the French digital presence and CRM activities. Ensure accurate audience segmentation, smooth lead workflows, and effective French-language website content.
Requirements

Experience and qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years’ B2B marketing experience, preferably within events or exhibitions;
  • Native French speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
  • Deep understanding of the French B2B buyer journey and media landscape;
  • Proven experience in content creation, campaign management, and CRM systems;
  • Background in PR or communications;
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
Salaris

The Offer Marketing Manager

This role offers a competitive salary, reflecting your experience and skill level as part of our reward strategy. You may be required to work evenings, weekends, or travel overseas during busy periods to meet business needs. Annual leave entitlement is days per year, plus bank and statutory public holidays.
