Qualificações

• 5+ years in B2B marketing with leadership roles (Head of Marketing or equivalent).
• Proven ability to lead and scale marketing programs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial judgment.
• Hands-on marketing expertise across channels and campaigns.
• Financial and analytical discipline to manage budgets and ROI.
• Readiness to build or grow a team.
