Upsun in Paris is seeking a Marketing Intern focused on Communications to support our global marketing and brand team. You will translate brand strategy into active engagement across corporate digital platforms, handling social publishing, video content, community monitoring, and performance tracking to reach technical audiences across Europe.

Working alongside our Communications Specialist and reporting to the Head of Brand and Communications, you’ll gain hands-on experience across social

Qualifications

• Academic activity in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• Multilingual fluency in French, English, and German.
• Hands-on familiarity with social media and video production.
• Basic knowledge of content management systems (e.g. WordPress) and basic analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic team.

Responsabilités

• Communications support & publishing: format, proofread, schedule, and publish digital assets and campaigns across CMS and email platforms.
• Video creation & social media: produce engaging short-form content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and manage calendars.
• Community management & event media: monitor engagement and capture live branded content at events.
• Analytics & performance reporting: track engagement metrics and prepare weekly reports to inform strategy.
• Research & cross-functional coordination: conduct targeted research and coordinate collateral across internal teams.

Impact of a Marketing Intern - Communications

As a Marketing Intern focused on Communications, you will serve as an essential operational engine across our global marketing and brand team, keeping our multi-channel publishing workflows running smoothly and elevating our digital presence. Working directly alongside our Communications Specialist and reporting to the Head of Brand and Communications, you will translate brand strategy into active engagement across corporate digital platforms. Your day-to-day execution—spanning social media publishing, short-form video creation, community monitoring, and performance tracking—ensures our message reaches technical audiences reliably while building dynamic brand awareness across Europe.

What to expect

• Communications support & publishing: Format, proofread, schedule, and publish digital assets, press releases, blog posts, and multi-channel marketing campaigns across our CMS and email platforms.
• Video creation & social media: Produce and innovate engaging short-form video content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, while helping maintain daily content calendars across all social channels.
• Community management & event media: Monitor live platform engagement, track real-time audience feedback, and occasionally attend industry events to capture live branded content.
• Analytics & performance reporting: Track key engagement metrics across social channels and aggregate performance data to generate concise weekly reports that inform future content strategy.
• Research & cross-functional coordination: Conduct targeted research on technical topics and industry trends, monitoring production timelines and gathering collateral across internal teams.

What you bring

• Academic activity: Current pursuit or recent completion of a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Multilingual fluency: Native proficiency in French, strong working knowledge of German, and professional fluency in English to communicate effectively across global teams and regional channels.
• Social media & video production skills: Hands-on familiarity creating content and building audience engagement across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Technical & CMS aptitude: Basic working knowledge of content management systems (such as WordPress) and basic digital analytics platforms.
• Organizational agility & adaptability: Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple task timelines effectively within a dynamic team environment.

Bonus

• Experience creating short-form video content for a tech, developer, or B2B software brand.
• Basic familiarity with cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or PaaS technology concepts.
