Job Description

You join Ossiam as Marketing & Communications Manager. Under the responsibility of Business Development Director, Laurent Dupeyron, you will be in charge of defining, deploying and monitoring Ossiam’s marketing and communication strategy.

At the head of a two-person team, you will work closely with the sales team to support the development of activities and increase Ossiam’s reputation in the international financial ecosystem. The role of Marketing and Communications Manager covers a wide range of assignments. You will interact with many internal departments, such as management, sales, compliance and legal, as well as with the distribution teams of Natixis Investment Managers (NIM).

On a daily basis, your tasks are to :

• Manage and create marketing content by maintaining different media (presentations, brochures, reportings, etc.) and by making them available to the sales forces of Ossiam and NIM;
• Produce digital content for social networks and the Ossiam website, while designing communication materials intended to promote the offer;
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to design marketing initiatives aligned with sales targets and analyze field feedback to tailor campaigns;
• Develop the communication strategy by coordinating its deployment with the communication agencies of Ossiam and NIM, organizing events (webinars, conferences) and press actions to promote the company’s values and products, while following market trends to position the company as a leading player in asset management;
• Manage and develop the digital presence on social networks by implementing actions to animate and increase visibility on LinkedIn and Twitter, by updating the website to ensure content compliant with the communication strategy and coordinating site technological developments to improve user experience;
• Carry out the reporting of marketing and communication actions by preparing regular reports for management and development manager;
