Youth Impact Labs East Africa is looking for a Team Lead to manage the LIWAY program, aimed at improving livelihoods for women and youth in Ethiopia, through capacity building and financial management.

The role requires strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring program progress while ensuring compliance with organizational standards. A degree in Business or related fields and at least 5 years of experience in relevant programs are essential.

The position is based in Hauts-de-France, France, and requires occasional travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in MSD programs including enterprise development.
• Demonstrated managerial and supervisory experience.
• Previous work experience in the private sector and with international development organizations.

Responsabilités

• Overall management and implementation of LIWAY’s priority sectors.
• Ensure harmonization of work with partners and roll out technical strategies.
• Monitor program environment and apply evaluation tools.
