Who’s Next in Paris is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join the Marketing & Digital team, focusing on operational marketing and visitor data. You will set up and configure digital tools, assist visitors with practical, marketing and digital questions, and help prepare on-site visitor facilities for events.

You will report to the Visitor Marketing Project Manager and contribute to ticketing, database management, and on-site support for show logistics.

Qualifications

• BAC+3 minimum
• Fluent English required
• Excellent writing and telephone communication
• Rigorous, organized and autonomous
• Ability to handle stressful situations and prioritize

Responsabilités

• Manage introduction of visitor ticketing for 2026 events
• Update/reference and enrich buyer database in Salesforce CRM
• Assist with visitor registration before and during the show
• Prepare briefing books and set up on-site reception facilities
• Support health protocol implementation and visitor welcoming
