Description du poste

We are looking for a Maritime QHSE & Technical Assistant to join our team in Cassis, France.

Main Responsibilities

• QHSE: Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the QHSE management system (ISM, ISPS, MLC…)
• Prepare internal and external audits (classification societies, authorities)
• Draft and update regulatory documentation
• Monitor non-conformities, corrective action plans, and quality indicators
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance among teams and clients

Technical

• Assist in the technical management of yachts and ships (maintenance, dry‑docks, inspections, MCO)
• Track technical interventions, contractors, and suppliers
• Participate in budgeting and planning of technical operations
• Coordinate with captains, chief engineers, and shipyards
• Contribute to technical and regulatory monitoring in the sector

Candidate Profile

• Higher education in maritime engineering (ENSM, ENSTA…), mechanical engineering, QHSE, or equivalent
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role in yachting or shipping
• Knowledge of international maritime regulations (ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL, etc.)
• Comfortable writing procedures and managing documentation
• Proficient in professional English and French (written & spoken)
• Autonomous, rigorous, organized, and a team player
• Good interpersonal skills for interacting with captains, shipyards, and authorities
