Qualifications

• Diploma in maritime law, transport law, business law or related field.
• Experience or knowledge of maritime sector, multimodal transport or disputes management is welcome.
• Demonstrated rigor, strong organizational skills and good prioritization.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and writing abilities.
• Proficiency with IT tools and methodical work.

Responsabilités

• Manage litigation files related to maritime transport in import/export.
• Analyze dossier elements to identify responsibilities of parties.
• Assess opportunities to pursue a remedy and follow through on procedures against responsible parties.
• Monitor prescription deadlines to protect company rights.
• Coordinate unloading and reloading operations when necessary and manage related administrative tasks.
