Sephora is seeking a CDI Responsable Cockpit Achats / Marge to lead margin and purchasing strategies within the S+ Finance Department. You will manage a 2-person team and collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Product Marketing, and Supply Chain to optimize product margins and drive strategic decision making.

Ideal candidates will have a Master 2, 7+ years of experience in margin concepts, and strong BI tool skills, with leadership, reliability, and a rigorous analytical mindset a must.

Qualifications

• Master 2 degree in business/engineering or university.
• Experience in Product CDG / Pricing / RGM / Purchasing.
• Strong leadership and analytical mindset required.

Responsabilités

• Guarantee product margin management and profitability.
• Analyze purchase costs and support negotiations with purchasing teams.
• Build predictive margin models and define target margins.
• Lead cross-functional IT projects for Sephora Collection's finance dept.
• Manage a team of 2 people.
