Job summary

Bobcat in France is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to optimize production methods, improve productivity, and maintain strict safety, quality, and environmental standards. You will lead the design, selection, and installation of production equipment while driving Lean initiatives and monitoring performance across the plant.

The ideal candidate has a Bac+2 or equivalent and at least 3 years in a similar role, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bac+2 (Associate Degree) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry or a comparable manufacturing sector.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and Quality and Safety procedures.
• Knowledge of ergonomics principles.
• Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, presentation, and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Study, develop, define, and optimize manufacturing methods and production management.
• Design and implement optimal working conditions and monitor their execution.
• Participate in the design, selection, and installation of production equipment.
• Optimize work organization and the time required for manufacturing.
• Design and develop monitoring and analysis tools (dashboards, charts, etc.).
• Analyze and consolidate all technical and organizational information related to the activity.
• Develop and define procedures to be followed within the manufacturing process.
• Take all necessary actions, within their area of responsibility, to achieve productivity and quality objectives.
• Comply with safety standards as well as quality and environmental requirements.
• Participate in the deployment of Lean Manufacturing initiatives within their area of responsibility.
