Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Annecy site, focusing on producing motor pump units and industrializing new products in compliance with Quality, Nuclear Safety, and Q3SER/HSE requirements.

You will analyze specifications, define procedures (notably painting), validate tooling, and lead improvement projects using FMEA, CAD, welding, and process optimization techniques. English at B2 level is expected.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical or general engineering; minimum 3 years in methods or industrialization.
• Capability to analyze customer/regulatory specs, define manufacturing procedures (painting) and ensure implementation.
• Proficient in process optimization tools and mechanics, assembly, CAD, welding, and painting.
• Experience in project management and problem-solving (FMEA, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Analyze customer specifications and validate industrial feasibility; define tests when needed.
• Draft, update, and standardize manufacturing routings and procedures for production.
• Contribute to product design with production expertise for technical decisions.
• Assess tooling readiness before production launch and improve based on feedback.
• Identify improvements and lead QCD optimization actions, including risk analysis.
• Lead or support industrialization, investment, or CI projects and supplier selection.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing standards (time standards, routings, assembly practices).
• Ensure compliance with quality, nuclear safety, and HSE / Q3SER regulations.
