Your journey
Right from the start, you will work in operational roles and on projects, benefiting from structured training and coaching. During the three-year traineeship, you'll rotate through two or three roles, each with its own responsibilities and challenges. You'll gain experience in activities such as driving forklifts, handling shipments, making sales calls, visiting customers, and leading teams, covering our supply chain management operations.

While rotating across different roles, you can pursue an international career across Europe or a local one within your home country. We support your ambitions and interests, allowing you to create your own career path as you develop.

Alongside on-the-job learning, you'll participate in improvement projects, attend leadership courses, and engage in team-building activities. You will organize and participate in quarterly trainee sessions designed to inspire, include, and motivate. Networking with branch managers and the European leadership team will be a key part of these sessions.
