CBRE Group, Inc. in Clermont-Ferrand seeks a Multi-skilled Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

You will assist with installation and modification of equipment, review work orders, and ensure energy management while keeping safety compliance in focus. A High School Diploma/GED and 1–2 years of related experience are expected, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs; manage completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations; report violations to management.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision.
