ERG France is seeking a Maintenance Technician based in Fruges, Hauts-de-France, to perform preventive, corrective and curative maintenance on wind turbines and electrical substations. You will write service reports and ensure safety and efficiency during field work.

The role requires 2-5 years of ENERCON service maintenance experience, French as mother tongue with English at B1, and proficiency in MS Office, SAP and wind turbine SCADA systems.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience as ENERCON service maintenance technician
• Rigorous, autonomous and methodical approach
• Willingness to travel within Fruges and occasionally on other locations

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive, corrective and curative maintenance of wind turbines and electrical substations.
• Diagnose breakdowns, locate faulty parts, repair or replace components and document service reports.
• Support process improvements and ensure adherence to safety, quality and environmental rules.

Description du poste

Drawing on his knowledge and also drawing on the group's experiences, the Maintenance Technician's main missions are:

• Ensure predictive, corrective and curative maintenance activities for wind turbines and electrical substations.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes

In agreement with his line manager (head of maintenance center), the maintenance technician is in particular responsible for carrying out the following activities:

1.Preventive, corrective and curative maintenance of wind turbines and electrical substations:

• Carry out preventive maintenance according to the process and instructions and according to the maintenance schedule communicated by the supervisor;
• Carry out corrective maintenance: locate and diagnose breakdowns, repair, replace defective parts and mechanical components;
• Carry out curative maintenance: identify the necessary parts/tools, repair, replace defective parts and components;
• Write associated maintenance and service reports;

When on the machine, the Maintenance Technician guarantees the safety, quality and efficiency of the activities carried out.

2.Continuous improvement of processes:

• Support the drafting of reports and procedures relating to preventive, corrective and curative maintenance;
• Support teams in identifying suitable parts/tools necessary for corrective and curative maintenance;
• Participate in the implementation of retrofits;

Compliance with safety instructions: protective measures, HSE instructions, compliance checks, danger reporting, exemplary behavior in terms of wearing equipment in particular. In all circumstances, the health, safety and environmental rules in force in the company must be respected and applied.

Maintenance / mechanical / electrical studies

Work Experience:

2-5 years’ experience as ENERCON service maintenance technician

Languages:

• Mother tongue or professional French
• English B1 (written and oral)

IT Skills:

MS Office, SAP and wind turbine SCADA systems is a plus.

Know – How & Managerial Skills:

• Rigorous, autonomous and methodical.

• Salary range: 30.000 - 38.000 euros
• Place of employment: Fruges
• Travels around Fruges and some occasional travels on other locations (France + abroad)
• Willing to work at heights and in difficult atmospheric conditions.
