NSG Group/Pilkington is seeking a maintenance reliability engineer to lead preventive and predictive programs, drive uptime, and improve safety and productivity. You will analyze failures, guide root cause actions, and coordinate cross-functional responses to outages.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance or reliability, experience with TPM/RCM and 8D methodologies, and the ability to work in a demanding plant environment with PPE. An engineering degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, engineering, or related functions within manufacturing.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience leading root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, dust, vibration, moving equipment, and wear all required PPE.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and maximize uptime.
• Promote and ensure compliance with safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe work practices.
• Audit maintenance programs and procedures to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for chronic and major equipment failures.
• Utilize CMMS for planning, scheduling, analysis, and reporting activities.
