Une entreprise de biotechnologie cherche un Ingénieur en Apprentissage Automatique pour concevoir et déployer des modèles d'IA. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec des équipes de scientifiques et bioinformaticiens pour optimiser les performances modèles. Ce poste peut être exercé à distance, en mode hybride ou sur site à Paris. Une formation et une expertise approfondies en IA sont essentielles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 an d'expérience (si doctorat pertinent), sinon au moins 2/3 ans.
• Curiosité et créativité pour explorer des défis interdisciplinaires.

Responsabilités

• Former et déployer des modèles d'apprentissage profond pour prédire les interactions bactériophages-hôtes.
• Gérer les points de terminaison d'inférence pour des applications d'IA évolutives.
• Collaborer avec des scientifiques des données et bioinformaticiens.
• Contribuer à l'automatisation des pipelines ML.
• Assurer la qualité du code et sa maintenabilité.

The Machine Learning Engineer will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of AI models applied to bacteriophage‑host prediction and related biological datasets. This role is central to scaling our AI capabilities and ensuring efficient model deployment within production environments.

Main Responsibilities

• Train, and deploy deep learning models to predict bacteriophage‑host interactions.
• Manage inference endpoints for scalable AI applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists and bioinformaticians to improve model architectures and integrate diverse datasets.
• Contribute to automation and continuous integration of ML pipelines.
• Ensure code quality, reproducibility, and maintainability following best engineering practices.
• Participate in cross‑functional research projects in collaboration with the Data and Bioinformatics teams.
