Wandercraft is seeking an Electronics Industrialization Engineer to drive production rate increases and BOM cost reductions for exoskeleton and humanoid robots. You will coordinate with Product, Production, Maintenance, Methods, R&D, Quality, and Supply teams to ensure robust electronic designs and supply chains.
You should have a Master’s in electrical engineering with hands‑on experience in industrialization, quality systems, and supplier qualification.
As a member of the Industrialization team, you will be responsible for supporting the increase in exoskeleton and humanoid robot production rates and the reduction in BOM costs. Interacting with several teams:(Product/Production/Maintenance/Methods/R&D/Quality/Supply), the Industrialization team is the technical contact for all suppliers, in particular PCBs, cables and batteries.

Diploma: Master's degree in electrical engineering Required experience: Experience in product industrialization and/or in a medical or highly standardized environment would be an asset As a hands‑on person, you enjoy interacting with technical teams on cutting‑edge subjects. You have a passion for new technologies and are eager to adapt your knowledge to a technically demanding field. At ease in a constantly evolving environment, you enjoy learning from others to stay aware of changing user needs. You know how to react quickly and take the initiative to solve problems that come your way. Both insightful and thorough, you're a good team player and know how to share your vision and experience with the people you work with. You enjoy working independently on an innovative product and aren't afraid to take risks when necessary. You know how to explain your choices and argue them, including with people who don't have your technical background or experience. You enjoy working in a medium-size environment (130 people), and are capable of adapting to rapid and unpredictable changes in tasks and priorities. This position is particularly suited to candidates wishing to join a dynamic team focused on the technological development of a complex, multi‑disciplinary product within a young, innovative and fast‑growing company. Experience in the medical field would be a plus.
