Angove Partners in Paris is seeking an M&A Associate to join a leading international insurance broker. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of the M&A insurance industry.

Responsibilities include assisting in managing claims under W&I and tax insurance policies, reviewing SPAs and policy wordings, analysing legal issues, liaising with insurers and clients, supporting negotiation of claims, and tracking progress for reports.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and drafting skills is required.
• High attention to detail and good organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in corporate/M&A, disputes, or insurance is desirable.
