Jobtailor in Paris is seeking a financial analyst/associate to conduct investment analyses and build models for asset acquisitions. You will coordinate due diligence with external advisors and support the full acquisition process from target scouting to closing.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance or M&A, at least 3 years in investment banking or an IPP environment, and strong Excel and English skills. International exposure and renewable energy knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in corporate finance or M&A is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in investment banking or IPP investment teams in an international environment.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills are essential.
• Good knowledge of financial markets and renewable energy sector awareness.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and English language.
