Telecare seeks an LVN/LPT Manager to oversee nursing staff on their shift, plan and assess clinical and administrative activities, and lead a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes recovery-focused care and safe medication administration under physician orders.

The position requires LVN/LPT graduation, licensure, and CPI certification, plus 2 years of LVN/LPT/LPN healthcare experience. Supervisory experience is also required.

Competenze

• Two (2) years of LVN/LPT/LPN experience in a health care environment.
• Current CPR/BLS certificate is required.
• Must have CPI certification by employment date or within 60 days.
• Graduation from an LVN/LPT program and current licensure are required.

• The LVN/LPT Manager implements and supervises assigned positions within the nursing department on their designated shift.
• Provides program planning, development, review and assessment of clinical and administrative activities.
• Directs, coordinates and supervises an assigned multidisciplinary team.
