The role emphasizes precise receiving, counting, transfers, returns, and cycle counts, plus monitoring stock KPIs and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in stock management or inventory control in luxury/fashion retail.
• Strong knowledge of stock management processes and tools; familiar with IT systems for retail.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy; strong organization and prioritization.
• Fluent French and good English skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage receipt, verification, and processing of stock and outbound merchandise.
• Ensure stock accuracy between physical inventory and system records; investigate discrepancies.
• Execute cycle counts and annual inventory activities per procedures.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and support sales.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain and store teams for efficient flow.
• Manage inter-store transfers, returns, repairs and stock movements.
• Maintain an organized, secure stockroom in line with brand standards.
• Track stock-related KPIs and assist in preparing inventory reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of stock management processes.
