Job summary

Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems invites a talented Events & Communications Apprentice to support the teams in delivering a flagship General Managers’ Convention scheduled for March 2027. Based at the Issy-les-Moulineaux headquarters, the 1-year apprenticeship starts in October and offers exposure to luxury brand communications and global guest experiences.

Qualifications

Pursuing a master’s degree in hospitality, business or marketing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines; event management experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French; knowledge of an additional language is a plus, especially in luxury events.

Responsibilities

Collaborate and execute event production and organization.
Oversee guest management, including invitations, RSVPs, and VIP protocols.
Coordinate content production across departments to ensure timelines and deliverables.
Develop communication materials, invitations and post-event content.
Assist in budget tracking and administrative tasks.
