AC PRIVATE, a luxury concierge and private services house, seeks a freelance leadership profile to build the lifestyle and corporate presence on Réunion Island and the Indian Ocean. You will open markets, develop a high-net-worth client network, and manage relationships end to end.

Remote-friendly, with travel within the territory, compensation to be defined by profile and experience, plus commissions on business and portfolio development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in business development or key account management.
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or private concierge services.
• Active, immediately actionable network in Réunion Island and the Indian Ocean.
• Fluent French; English is a valued asset for international clients.

Responsabilités

• Design and deploy the lifestyle and corporate development strategy in Réunion Island and the Indian Ocean.
• Identify, approach and convert demanding private clients and corporate accounts.
• Build a network of referrers and premium partners.
• Negotiate and close annual concierge agreements and bespoke events services.
• Steer service quality: coordinate local providers and monitor client satisfaction.
• Represent AC PRIVATE at private events, fairs and meetings across the territory.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and report growth opportunities to management.
