Job summary

Acne Studios is seeking a full-time Client Advisor for our Galeries Lafayette store in Paris. You will work with a collaborative team to deliver an exceptional client experience, drive sales, and nurture loyal customer relationships through the full customer cycle.

You will be trained in luxury sales, service, and clienteling, with emphasis on omni-channel service, achieving sales targets, and careful inventory/administrative procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing role within retail or hospitality.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional service.
• CRM familiarity and clienteling skills.

Responsibilities

• Care for customers in-store and across the full customer cycle.
• Provide training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and client experience.
• Manage omni-channel services and ensure a seamless customer journey.
