You will select missions, observe ambience, service interactions, and follow-up communications, and submit insights through our platform. Must be 18+, car owner with driving license, passion for automobiles, and ability to deliver unbiased feedback. Flexible, freelance, project-based.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Good understanding of the automobile industry.
• Passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments.
• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Has a keen eye for discreetly observing and noting various aspects of your shopping experience.
• Own a car and has a driving license.
• Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases and be prompt in filling out online surveys.

• Experience the showroom journey - Interact with product experts, explore the space, and evaluate service with a trained eye for luxury.
